QuickBite, a startup in the food delivery space, wanted to launch a comprehensive food delivery platform to compete with established players. They needed customer-facing apps, a restaurant management dashboard, and a driver app - all working together seamlessly.

The Challenge

Building a food delivery ecosystem involved complex requirements:

• Real-time order tracking with GPS integration
• Efficient order allocation algorithm for drivers
• Restaurant menu management with inventory sync
• Multiple payment options including digital wallets

Our Solution

We built a complete food delivery ecosystem with three interconnected applications:

1. Customer App (iOS & Android)

Beautiful, intuitive app featuring restaurant discovery, smart search with filters, real-time order tracking on map, scheduled orders, and multiple payment options including wallet and COD.

2. Restaurant Dashboard

Web-based dashboard for restaurants to manage menus, prices, availability, and orders. Includes analytics on sales, popular items, and customer feedback.

3. Driver App

Optimized app for delivery partners with turn-by-turn navigation, earnings tracking, and efficient order pickup and delivery management.

4. Smart Order Allocation

Our algorithm considers driver location, restaurant preparation time, traffic conditions, and driver ratings to optimize order allocation and minimize delivery times.

5. Real-time Communication

In-app chat and calling between customers, restaurants, and drivers without sharing personal phone numbers.
